Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items to your place of purchase for a prompt refund or exchange. All returns must be made within thirty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. All returned items may reflect a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Any shortage claims must be made within five working days of shipping receipt date. Please take photographs of the original packaging. To make arrangements to return your product please call us at 800-225-3963 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm Mountain Time. Please do not return product without calling first.
