Event Donation Request

The Sore No More® Pain Relief Gels trial size samples are available in both Warm and Cool therapies. These are offered at no charge for event purposes to authorized events. In consideration for the value of the samples being donated we request proof of the in-kind-donation including but not limited to:

Sore No More® logo on your website – including a link to our website www.SoreNoMoreUSA.com
Custom Web Banner with unique Discount Code on your website. (We will provide that content)
Tag us in all your social media accounts for your event
Include the Sore No More® logo, photo of samples and or link to our website with your email blasts
Include the Sore No More® logo on your promotional items (i.e. t-shirts, flyers, bags)

If you can agree to one or more of the items listed above. Please fill out this form in full and submit it at least four (4) weeks prior to the date that you need samples to arrive. Attach a copy of the schedule, event program or flyer along with this form using the Attach File button. Quantities sent may vary from quantities requested. We will only ship to addresses in the United States.

Please do not submit your sample request more then 60 days prior to date that you need samples DELIVERED.
